Introduction

Welcome to Vets 1st of Arizona. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Vets 1st of Arizona provides home and commercial services including, but not limited to, interior and exterior painting, landscaping, haul-offs, general labor, moving labor, handyman services, deck building, remodels, and custom home builds. By engaging our services, you agree to the scope, pricing, and timelines in any agreement between you and Vets 1st of Arizona.

Payments and Fees

We provide a free phone quote to get started. For projects requiring on-site scoping, a $75 on-site estimate fee applies and is credited toward your total project cost if you proceed. Payments are due per your contract, generally upon completion unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a fee and work may pause until payment is made. Refunds are issued only for overpayments or our errors; the $75 on-site estimate fee is credited to your project but is otherwise non-refundable.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide safe, reasonable access to the worksite; delays due to unsafe or unready sites may incur additional charges. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits or approvals unless agreed in writing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; inadequate notice may incur charges. Vets 1st of Arizona may reschedule for unforeseen circumstances such as weather or emergencies and will work with you to find a new time.

Liability and Warranty

We guarantee our workmanship and will promptly address workmanship issues within a reasonable timeframe. We are not liable for damages caused by third parties, unforeseen events, or pre-existing conditions unless addressed in the project scope. We take reasonable precautions to protect your property but are not liable for minor damage from normal construction activities.

Use of Website

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. All website content is the property of Vets 1st of Arizona and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to engage in activities that compromise site security.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services for breach of these terms, including non-payment, failure to provide site access, or prohibited activities.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and disputes will be resolved in accordance with Arizona law.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are posted here and take effect upon posting; continued use constitutes acceptance.
